Confirming choices, contracts and approvals

When all the pieces of the puzzle fit together! We will guide you through every stage of this process as we prepare your final drawings and detailed contract documents featuring all your selections and requirements.

We’ll sort out all the applications for permits and approvals, which may vary from council depending on your particular land and zoning.

Building your new home

Watch your dream become a reality! Your construction and site manager will supervise the process and will ensure that the building of your new home adheres to our quality assurance guidelines.

This phase includes six building stages:

  • Pad: Earthworks and preparing the under slab
  • Base: Form pour and finish your slap
  • Frame: Erecting the frame with walls and roof
  • Lock-up: Getting the home to ‘lock-up’ (secured and tight)
  • Fixing: Completing the interior and exterior details of the home
  • Completion: Handover of your new home!

Welcome to your brand new home!

Once construction is complete, we will arrange practical completion and you can move in!

It’s quite normal for minor items to require attention. Such as a squeaky door or windows. This is why we will check in with you within 6 months to see if any items need attention. With this in mind you can look forward to enjoying your new home for many years to come.
